Free Admission to Shoppers We have had a large amount of inquiries from interested buyers, sellers and both. The following is intended for those who wish to acquire a table or tables to display their gear for sale or trade. The tables are 8 feet in length, 30 inches deep and 30 inches tall. The space directly under the table is also included. We do have several tables that are 6 feet long that will be used to fill space that an 8 foot table cannot. There are no 6 foot tables next to or adjoining one another so they can only be rented as singles or in addition to and 8 foot table. We are using a company that rents tables and chairs to supply the tables, deliver and pick them up after the event. We have come to the pricing of the 8 foot tables at $45 for the duration of the event. If you can only attend one day, the price of the table will be the same. The small handful of 6 foot tables will be $35 (very limited tables). We have also secured the event space as well as insurance for the event. The monies brought in are intended to ONLY cover our expenses, not for profit. We think you'll agree the pricing is quite reasonable and certainly worthwhile given the type of event we are envisioning. We don't see any reason to charge the folks interested in attending and hopefully buying much of what's offered. So if you're a buyer, it's free to attend. Available Space: The location of this event is a single story office complex. Several of the larger meeting rooms and well as some adjoining offices and a hallway will be where the tables are set up. For those who are interested in more than 1 table and need space with additional tables, the offices would make better sense for you. We don't have a floor plan to share because the nature of the layout would be confusing. We will assign spaces based on the table requests we get back from the sellers. If the requests are beyond what we expect or can provide, we reserve the right to limit the amount of tables a single seller can rent so that everyone gets access to selling space. Hopefully we will be able to accommodate. There will most certainly be conflicts and obstacles for this 1st (annual?) event and growing pains are to be expected. It's our goal to make it as successful as possible for everyone. Tables available: 8' tables - 24 6' tables - 8 Event times: Saturday Dec 4th 9am - 5pm. Seven am set up. Sunday Dec 5th 10am - pm. Eight am set up. As mentioned in an initial Craigslist posting, the office building is ground level and we have several entrances for loading and unloading including a large 2 door opening for any larger items. Parking is plentiful and we ask that once sellers are moved in that they park their vehicles far enough away to accommodate attendees vehicles close to the entrance. Restroom facilities are clean and available and basic refreshments will also be provided to sellers. We really do appreciate all the interest we have received for this first time event!
